  I do not recommend this moving company. I experienced trustworthiness and respect concerns during my move. Amenity did not provide us with a quality, pleasant move. The co, thus far, downplayed the damage they caused and some of the moving team disregarded any input shared with them throughout the moving process. We’ve addressed our concerns with the co, they will not take action until they walk the house and they are not avail to walk the house for approximately 1 week. I’ve provided video and photo evidence of damage/issues. Video footage includes a discussion amongst the team members re “catching” the handle of a $6,700 armoire on a door frame. In addition, I paid for the co to move items not moved and/or not moved per agreement, walking the house will provide no additional information on this matter. Lastly, at least 2 people involved, one of which is a mgr/owner, the other, part of the moving team, are mother and son. In my experience the mgm at this co will not give you fair, objective consideration if you address any concerns. I’m including additional details of my concerns with my review. At this time I have not received an appropriate resolution. When we asked a team member if the armoire(s) took damage, after seeing damage to the wood trim of a doorframe, they said, the armoire just had some peeled paint on it that they wiped off. They should have brought this to our attention immediately instead of attempting to hide the evidence. As it is, there is more damage than just peeled paint present however their statements (recorded on video) and actions in themselves admit to damage caused. I paid to move 2 treadmills. 1 treadmill moved but did not get placed in the destination house (left in garage) because the team could not disassemble and the treadmill could not fit assembled. I advised the team to disassemble the treadmill as they may have less clearance at the destination house. They boldly disregarded my input and moved it assembled. A member of Amenity saw the treadmill in person 2 separate times prior to the move and never addressed a concern with dissembling. Prior to the move we made a call specifically to ask if they could dissemble, the team member took the model number and assured us they could dissemble. The team could not dissemble the 2nd treadmill either despite spending a significant amount of time on dissembling. Despite not moving 1 treadmill and not moving another per agreement Amenity still charged for time spent on each treadmill. The movers moved a washer/dryer set 5 months new. At the destination house we asked a team member about a brown residue on the washer not present prior to the move. The team member falsely accused a different contractor for the damage. We sent pre move pictures of the washer to the mgr/owner to demonstrate it had no residue. It’s wholly inappropriate for the movers to accuse other contractors of any damage which took place by Amenity. Someone on the moving team knows what spilled onto the washer and it is very concerning that no one is telling the truth.

  Patrick, Jacob, Jesse, and Mark all did a fabulous job moving all of the expensive furniture to our house! They were very careful making sure all of the items were brought in safely, were very courteous, and really enjoyed the challenge of doing their job. We really appreciate all of the hard work these guys do!

  Not only were they quick and efficient they were friendly, personable and very helpful in the move. Would recommend them. They were careful with my piano and my antiques. A+ service. Excellent price!

  Everyone at Amenity Moving & Storage is top notch! They came to our house to quote us on the move, and then not only provided a timely quote, but provided us with a quote that met all of our needs and was cheaper than the original quote. The movers were very careful, precise, and methodic with all our belongings around corners and very tight spaces. The services we had were a move out, storage of our belongings for about a month, and a move in. I payed just over $2k for all three incredible services. You can't beat the price. There is literally no reason to go with another moving company when you have Amenity Moving available to you. Thanks for all of your help!

  We used Amenity to move to our new home, a move which took a day and a half. The service they provided was excellent. They even moved furniture in the new home which didn’t come from the old home in order to get everything the way we wanted it. Everything they moved arrived in excellent condition. They worked extremely hard! They were also really nice guys! They also came in under the estimate. We were very pleased, from beginning to end.
