  You can hear everything through the walls! People are extremely loud all night! Smoking and smoking weed . You can smell all throughout the hallways. Don’t recommend if you have small kids or want to sleep!

  Our family of five stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The room was comfortable and spacious with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch. In the morning we had to leave with my sons to their sport event around 6am. I left my 16 year old daughter sleeping in the room alone. To my shock, I received a call from her around 9am saying that a man scanned his key and opened the room door. She said he didn't look like a room service. He didn't knocked on the door before opening. Thank God he saw her, said sorry and left. Right away I called the front desk who assured me it wasn't the room service as we were still shown "checked in" in the system. Then it's even worse that a stranger could open our room door with his key! When I went back to the hotel, I requested to have the video footage checked to see who it was and get some answers how it could happen. The manager wasn't on the premises as it was Sunday. The front desk lady said the manager will call me the next day. She never did! I called myself and was transferred to the manager's voice mail. I left my message but 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard from her. It's terrifying to know that somebody can just unlock your hotel room with their key! That's why I don't recommend this hotel. I don't appreciate lack of transparency and communication.

  I made reservations for two rooms. I had to cancel the very next day. They refunded me for one room only! How can they keep $316.33 deposit? I can’t believe this is legal! Reservations were made 08/22/25 and cancelled 08/23/25. For a 08/28 check in. Can anyone help me with this?

  I found this on Expedia and usually go for a Marriott. This hotel is impressive from the cleanliness, location, staff and the room rates. It’s still fairly new and shows, the king bed is great, pillows are not lumpy or flat and bathroom is clean. I originally had just a king room but they upgraded me to a king suite with a balcony and kept the same rate. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great location with the beach not too far.
