- MCM CSep 30, 20253.0So mixed bag. Shaun installer is great. Took 5 trips total. 1st Dan sales guy. Wouldn't order parts, put wrong items on quote. Track not matching rubber. Doesn't respond to emails or calls quickly. Weeks of back and forth. Left calls for gm Mark. Got back to me after a week. 1st installers didnt test sensors. Said they did. Left with metal detached and door gap present. 2nd installer accidentally left taking larger rubber with him. But realized track was wrong. 3rd installer Shaun. Realized all issues. Put on correct metal but had to return do to previous installer taking large rubber with him. 4th install Shaun. Fixed everything install board I ordered that Dan didnt bother to get and Wouldn't order. He wanted to charge 600 for new motor board 135.....plus 130 install. Sensors 40 dollars at Walmart. Same set they charged 128. Bottom line I could have ordered all parts and done it myself. 6 plus hours wasted between calls and visits. No consideration offered for inconvenience. Ultimately this review would be a 1 without Shauns involvement.
