- GKGreg KerrSep 29, 20251.0I called for service on my gas oven. It is showing yellow flames on all burners. I had Amb-Works come to fix the stove. The tech turned all the burners on and they were yellow. He used a device to clean the nozzles of each burner and the flames were still yellow. He left without checking or even considering the regulator may be an issue. He said it is a gas co. problem. I had the gas company out and they checked the pressure after each regulator and found it to be good. But, of course, they can't touch the applicance. So, I called Amb-Works back, they rejected the report from TECO, the gas company. They still haven't checked the stove hardware other than the nozzles. They won't come out, they are, as far as I am concerned, only grabbing your money. They don't appear to have the technical expertise to fully check out a gas oven.
