  Eating at Aman's always feels like a special occasion. The food is always expertly prepared and delicious, and the lovely atmosphere elevates the experience.

  The butter chicken was out of this world! Flavorful, creamy and juicy! My daughter and I shared one dish of the butter chicken, and of the rice and it was the perfect portion for the two of us. We got the Naan as well!

  We’ve visited this Indian restaurant multiple times and tried a variety of dishes — overall, a mixed experience. Appetizers & Desserts: Quite good! The Gobi Manchurian has nice flavor (though not crispy), and Masala Tandoori Paneer has great seasoning, though the paneer tends to be hard. Vegan Spring Rolls taste very close to “impossible meat,” which I personally didn’t enjoy - would’ve skipped them if I knew earlier. Main Course: This is where things fall short. Malai Kofta (full of dry fruits) and Paneer Tikka Masala both come with the same yellow gravy - sweet, paneer is hard here too. Feels like a lack of care in preparation. The Tadka Dal, however, is excellent — a perfect blend of authentic flavors and comfort. Breads: The Tandoori Roti is consistently well-baked and enjoyable. But the Garlic Naan and Cheesy Garlic Naan are hit or miss — sometimes thin and crisp, other times thick, soggy, or undercooked in spots. Overall, a good spot for appetizers and dal, but the main courses and naan quality could use some serious consistency and attention to detail.

  Two meals with butter and cheese naan. Butter chicken and lamb tiki masala. We also had two mocktails. Food was delicious. A little bit more on the pricey side. Have to order the rice separately. The only takeaway was we were thinking it would have more of an indian atmosphere. Meaning decoración. But if we're in the area, we would stop again. We live over an hours away. Date night with my wife.

  Hi, I have not eaten there yet, but just saw you at LAFlights Live at JFK serving delicious food to Peter. Loved this episode, your food looks amazing and you seem like such a nice person, and Peter loved your food. Thank you for describing all of it. I will definitely stop in Easton at your restaurant next time on my trip to NY (I live in Harrisburg, PA).
