  I am a new user and was looking forward to get a auto insurance. I have been trying since yesterday to get in touch with any agent . Waited for 2 hours yesterday over call but nobody attended , waited today for almost 3 hours but nothing. At least there should be some other way out like email or something else to reach you guys out. Such a big brand should have a little better services. Thanks and regards gurinder

  I was impressed by how smoothly everything was handled from the beginning. Ms. Gayatri Yadav managed the front desk with exceptional grace and efficiency, making check-in effortless after my long journey. The lobby, lounge, and corridors reflect a refined sense of style. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. The entire team was polite and attentive. A truly refreshing experience that I would love to repeat.

  I’m really concerned about the current state of AMA’s phone service. It takes hours to reach a phone agent, and in-person appointments take weeks to schedule. It’s disappointing to see service levels decline while costs to clients continue to rise. I hope AMA focuses on improving customer experience and service accessibility rather than simply increasing charges — it’s becoming difficult to justify the value for the price being paid.

  Horrible!!!! I’m sitting in the south Edmonton AMA office right now. Been here for over an hour waiting. We are here to get car insurance. We are AMA members. If you need insurance look elsewhere. AMA is atrocious.

  Do not recommend wasting your time trying to get insurance from anplace that doesnt provide insurance. Instead AMA will pretend they are approving a policy, make you wait 3 weeks, then request a letter from my old insurance something that could have been a minute phone call done by the agent or underwriter. Anyways I get them the letter within hours, and I was then notified I will have to re wait for a month. AMA use to be a reputable company but now it is clearly ran by incompetent children. Do not bother wasting your time like how I did.
