  Went online for a quote. Couldn't get one. Online specifically states higher than normal call volumes, to book an appointment. Couldn't do that either with a "Sorry! Our appointments are currently unavailable. Please call us." Called and waited on hold for 46 minutes before being disconnected. Called the Sherwood Park location multiple times, pressing any and every combination of numbers to finally get through to an ACTUAL HUMAN who transferred me to the insurance department where I spent another 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold before hanging up. Automated recording spewing continuous "We're experiencing unprecedented demand for AMA Insurance due to government auto reforms, prompting many Albertans to shop for coverage. To save time, book an appointment, or get an auto or property quote online. We apologize and are using all resources to help." All resources? Hardly. With no option but to call for quote, perhaps hire more staff to answer your phone lines. You're losing business by not doing so. I can't imagine how difficult this company would be to deal with for an ACTUAL claim. I've called 11 insurance companies for quotes so far, all who managed to answer the phone in a timely manner.

  The people here at this location are always so nice. I find this is pretty rare with registry and insurance services. I've been with AMA for 15 years now, never a problem.

  Waited on hold for 2 hours and nobody picked up. Crazy crazy wait time. I ended up driving down to the nearest location as I was tired of waiting.

  How long do I have to stay on hold? Your garbage automated system hangs up on me after 10-13 minutes, then I try again and get hung up on. Just another reason you'll be losing my business.
