I’ve been calling every chance I can and so far I have spent 8 hrs on hold (1-1.5 hrs a time) waiting for an advisor to cancel my home insurance before the renewal. Cant make an appointment online, this is a horrible insurance company.

The website has given me nothing but errors and issues and won’t let me proceed without adding family members and buying multiple memberships. I will think twice before renewing next time. Very disappointing and frustrating.
