Very sad to see the reviews. I've experienced the same issues with long hold times on the phone, sent messages, no reply, tried to create an account multiple times, receive errors. I received a great quote that I want to action on the website or phone as I love in Victoria and can't go to an office. BCAA has a chat option and I was able to speak to someone using it within 2 minutes. What is going on, AMA? Using online booking is great, if it only worked for me!

But during the consultant said that the broker is not working today and gave us an address that we could not provide with a device for half car insurance. And for 30 minutes they just talked to drag out time but did not provide anything

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with AMA Insurance. I recently migrated to Canada, and this has turned into a very bad memory for me during an already challenging time. My car was damaged by hail but remained fully drivable with only some cosmetic damage. After AMA declared my car a write-off, I decided to buy it back because it’s financed. Now, when I want to claim my compensation, AMA is forcing me to either pay off the finance amount or fully repair the car. This makes no sense—why was I allowed to buy back my own car if they’re going to dictate how I spend my claim? This entire process has been frustrating, especially as a newcomer, and feels like they're trying to control how I handle my own car. I’ve had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone."
