  Not location dependent, just AMA insurance as a whole. You will likely save a little money by going through them, but once you have your policy you will never be able to contact them again without going into a branch. 2-4 hours on hold are the typical wait times (I wish I was exaggerating) and no call back option. Can book a phone call but that will be 1-2 weeks away, FOR A PHONE CALL! I am now going back to paying more for my insurance just because of this non existent customer service.

  No experienced staff every one was in training. Long waiting lines. I had to wait over an hour. The experienced took 2 or 3 staff members to do every transaction. Not impressed and I pay a fee to belong. Not sure why

  So, I went in to register a trade name. Filled in the information on the form before hand to get my trade name filled out correctly. When to see Paige the business specialist to why this done. Process was smooth, until I noticed after registering and checking the paper work that she entered the wrong name. Should have checked what I signed when she presented it to me (just the signature) but it cost me a dissolution fee and to pay to register again with minutes of getting the first done. The business advisor wasn't that apologetic. Don't trust these advisors with basic competency. Check the paper work before signing!

  I honestly thought they were great. But I've been calling and on hold for 2 days and no one will answer the phone so I can add another vehicle to my policy.
