The customer service agent quoted me a price on a chip card key, which seemed acceptable, and I certainly didn't have an issue with that. But the problem I did have was with his lack of transparency with his additional fees. Apparently they charged an additional 3 1/2 percent if one uses a debit/credit card. If I had been notified of the additional charge, I would have gladly paid with cash. It would have been nice to have been given the option.
