The young man said Prime Prime Prime its all Prime! I said well they ( Rib Eye) looked good but they’re not Prime. He went on and on, I just listened. I brought the Rib Eyes home, they were so so definitely not Prime. The young man wouldn’t stop talking about his experience and he knows what he’s talking about. Way over the top and way under delivered. Will stick with Revival Butchery.

The meats we had were delicious & we’ll be a returning customer. People want to complain about not having a lot of choices of things but this isn’t a commercial business. It’s a butchery & market. Farmers don’t get the appreciation or acknowledgement they deserve. We appreciate you & the quality of what you offer to the public.

Have tried their NY strip and ribeyes. They were tender but lacking taste. We prefer Costco. Store is sparsely stocked and pricing is outrageous on everything. We’ll stick with the Butcher Shoppe, Revival, Costco for beef that is MUCH better for MUCH less $$.
