After my parents passed I was lost and had never gone through the process of designing or ordering a headstone before. I started out buying their stone at a competing monument company. After 2 years nothing had been done despite me picking out a stone and paying for it in full. After a long drawn out process of getting my money back from them, I decided to try again. This time with Alva Monument. I couldn't believe the staggering difference between the two companies. The staff at Alva Monument actually took the time to explain the process and helped me make all the right decisions. 3 weeks later my parent's stone was completed and in the cemetery! After 2 years I could finally breathe easy knowing I had done right by my parents. Thank you Thank You Thank You!!!!!
