Dropped us for no apparent reason and expect us to know what to do without a clear explanation of what needed to be done afterwards..Always late return calls and or emails and never available when you need answers. He’s also rude. I will be filing a complaint to the Alaska’s statue board of Accountancy and the IRS

I followed up with call on February 22, 2022, and requested to speak with another tax specialist, explaining my previous experience, and was only offered to leave a voice mail for another person. I am an Accountant that works in corporate, and has the maturity to understand that a timely return phone call, if only to set a future time and date is the responsible thing to do.
