  Units were clean and dry. Initial rental agreement and monthly payment schedule is simple. Getting in and out of facility is hassle free. When or if you do call the office they are friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

  Brand new storage Facility with lots of Hi tech security cameras, the owners are really nice people to work with, Anything Within reason they can do to help they will do. Renting a unit from them is very easy. Everything can be done online or you can call the office and Sonya is a huge help. You could access the facility 24/7 with your own private security code other facilities in the area are only open 6 AM to 10 PM and I know it makes a difference to me to be able to go when I feel like going. It has been a very pleasant experience using their storage facility.

  Jeff from Altitude storage has been phenomenal. The customer service is outstanding. As they are working through the systems in place, Jeff has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for easy moving in to the unit I'm renting. And they offer military discounts. Great first impression for me. Thank you everyone at Altitude storage for your great customer service
