  Clown show towing company. Booked and scheduled service. Called me hours before the scheduled time to tell me they couldn't make it. The girls in the office are rude and act like they are 15 years old. Complete joke trying to count on these guys to get something done. Don't bank on these fools to help you when you need it most. Find someone better with a more professional staff.

  This towing company is a thief, they want to steal my car as an immigrant who knows nothing in this country, I did not contact him during my accident they came and I do not know who contacted him, and while I made myself very bad in the face of the accident, asked him if I would not have a problem to recover my car because my car was not on my name they did yes I can, and I also asked him to transport the car home he refuses, after 15 days I went to pick up my car they say that they can not give me my car because it is not on my name, And I had warned him before taking my car, and after 2 months he put my car on the name of his company, I who have no one to help me I am a victim of this company.

  Spoke to the owner Eric. Very nice guy. super friendly and helpful. definitely recommend doing business with Alternative Heavy duty Towing. 👌 Also The trucks look great!

  They were very nice and showed up very quickly. The price was very fair and less then I expected. My roadside coverage was going to take over 2 hours to show up and Alternative got there in about 30 minutes. They got my truck home in less time then I would've had to wait for my insurance company tow truck to even show up. Definitely recommend.

  We've used Alternative Heavy Towing twice to haul our 1965 MCI Challenger bus conversion. The first time we had broken down in west Texas on our way to Phoenix. We called dozens of tow companies and no one was willing to come pick us up...a couple literally laughed at us. After calling AHT, Mike gave us a reasonable quote and sent a driver out right away, who drove all night to get to us. Chris (the driver) was very knowledgeable and was able to get our 35 ft bus onto the trailer in no time...which is no easy feat. We were so happy with their service that we used them again 5 months later to haul our bus to Washington state. Again, Chris did a great job getting it there. We are so happy to have found AHT for our towing needs and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
