  Alta Propane is absolutely fantastic! Their team is professional, reliable, and so easy to work with. The customer service is top-notch—they answer calls right away, explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about their customers. They even saved me when I was in a pinch and needed propane quickly for my mom. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, and I’ll never forget that. Delivery was right on time, the driver was courteous and respectful, and the whole process was stress-free. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and you can tell they truly value keeping their customers happy. If you’re looking for a propane company you can count on in any situation, I can’t recommend Alta Propane enough!

  One star is too much. Genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced. The drivers are professional enough but the office is horrifically rude even when they are completely (through proof of bank statements and invoices) in the wrong for double charging. They will give you the run around for days, telling you that "If you don't have a receipt, there's nothing I can do". Problem is, if they don't mail you a receipt after paying over the phone, you're out of luck. They also won't consider the invoice tag from the delivery driver as a receipt. No apologies once they "found" the double charge for $600 and then told me they would "do me this favor, this one time of removing the charge". A friend of mine had the same issue with double charging. Just saw the other 1 star review that looks like the same situation. The slightly lower price is NOT worth it!
