  Cheryl Rubin was so amazing and helpful! I came into Alson with a Michele watch, which I had purchased elsewhere! Cheryl helped me remove all of the excessive packaging and protectant from the watch, took it back to remove links twice until it fit perfectly, and made sure the time was properly set before I left! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, especially considering my watch was purchased elsewhere! I will definitely be visiting Alson again, and a big thank you to Cheryl!!

  What a great experience! I have never been to Alson Jewelers since I am newer to the Cleveland area. The drive was worth it from Rocky River. From start to pickup, Isabelle was perfect. Her communication was always clear whether it was email, text or a phone call. I would recommend anyone to Alson Jewelers. Thank you again.

  Another wonderful experience at Alson Jewelers. I don't often take time to write reviews, but they deserve all 5 stars. Whether its watches or jewelry, this is hands down the best place in northeast Ohio to go. Isabelle did an amazing job, could not recommend her more. The entire team there is wonderful, and their new buildout at the store is beautiful.

  I am extremely pleased with the service afforded to me by Alex. She was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. She was also very personable and even shared stories about similarities between our families.

  I went to Alson Jewelers in Cleveland for the first time a few weeks ago and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I picked up a Cartier for my wife and also placed an order for two Rolex watches. To my surprise, both Rolexes came in within just a month, which was amazing. What really made the experience special, though, was working with Kyle. From the moment we walked in, he was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. He immediately made us feel comfortable, took the time to answer every question, and never made us feel rushed. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me updated every step of the way, which really showed how much he cared. Kyle is genuinely one of the nicest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever dealt with in any store, let alone a jewelry store. The whole process felt easy and stress-free because of him. I can’t say enough good things about both Alson Jewelers and Kyle — if you’re looking for a jeweler in Cleveland, or honestly anywhere, this is the place to go.
