- LLLindsay LeonhardOct 21, 20251.0We have used Alpine Aire a handful of times over the years and they have been okay-ish, but this last time was bad enough that it will be the last. They have been out three times this go round - twice in June (where they did do some work but it didn't resolve the issue) and then we called them out again in September because the issue was still intermittently recurring. At the second visit the technician was fairly confident what the cause of the intermittent issue would be and told my husband that he didn't have the part but he would order it So we were confused when they showed up for the third visit and didn't have the part, but they charged us for the visit ($238) after not really doing anything, so... Yeah. (And each of these times we have to take off work to meet them). So... We'll pay that bill but it's the last time we will ever use them (and honestly the bill is overdue because every time I go to pay it I am so ticked at the poor level of service that they had to call us to collect. Honestly just happy to cause them the inconvenience because they've caused us a lot of it).
