  I had these guys take a look at my hot water heater. They came out of my crawl space using high pressure scare/sales tactics (calling outdated code ILLEGAL, which is a crazy amount of urgency to inject into a situation) and did not provide any proof of the damage they said existed. To add insult to injury, they also did not follow up with an estimate for their recommended work (complete replacement) or photos of the problems, which I specifically asked for in order to consider my options. If they were right or wrong, I would still never work with a company that used these tactics to make a sale. Even more relevant, I had already looked at the hot water tank, and had another plumber check it out, and my husband looked at it, and none of us found the supposed leak with constant moisture that these guys alleged were causing my issues. We also have a very sensitive water leak sensor in the pan, which never went off. Scummy tactics, scummy results. I do not recommend this company.

  I had a hot water tank go out on a Friday evening and called 20 plumbing contractor to install a new one. All said it’s the weekend and we have no one to do the work finally I got alphabets and the owner and boss took my call this was Saturday he said he could be up here that afternoon when he completed another emergency job he showed up an hour or so later and completed the work is his work was exceptional. Put a lot of new stuff in that didn’t need to be put in but updated it to where it’s easier to repair if that ever breaks again I thanked him for his service it was a great guy.
