- TWTyra WhelanJun 12, 20255.0I’ve been going here for years and cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is! Not only are they all very friendly but they truly do care about their patients. Dr. Alpert listens to what your concerns are and what you need and goes above and beyond to accommodate. The staff are all very nice and will absolutely work with you on your scheduling needs. All I have to do is say my name when I call and they know who I am. There are not a lot of offices out there that really try get to know their patients. I highly recommend them!!

Front desk is very helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance and they will go above and beyond to find available coverage. Never have had to deal with long wait times and the doctors are very kind and helpful. Everyone in the office is amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aside from their incredible cool selection there is Luci. SO cute, patient, smart. I Love my new frames / lenses & Laci. Everyone is SO kind and I can actually see 😳. This hidden jewel is highly recommended!

I am surprised at the "one star review". I guess you can't please all othe people, all the time. (If you click on this reviewers name, you may see that this person only posts one star reviews. Apparently not an easy to please person).
