  Jay from Aloha Pools was fantastic! He handled our pool closing quickly and professionally, making sure everything was winterized and ready for the season. He also took the time to diagnose our faulty pool heater, clearly explaining the issue and walking us through the best options for repair. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend Jay and Aloha Pools for anyone needing pool service or maintenance!

  I can not say enough about doing their “pool school”. We just bought a house with a 33ft above ground pool and neither of us has ever owned a pool before and have stressed a little about upkeep and maintenance for it. After this hour of class I went from nervous/stressed to excited for this new toy and part of our house. They even LOADED us up with free toys and gifts after class. This will definitely be the ones I use for all things pool required. The instructor has such a passion for pools and maintenance. I highly recommend going to this class and using them.

  Delivery had a hiccup. But the important part of this issue was the follow-up. I received immediate responses and the situation was rectified both to my suprise and satisfaction. On a world devoid of customer service, Aloha Pools and Spas are the pleasant exception.
