Went there during the Black Friday sale — the girl at the entrance was super helpful! She assisted me more than once in finding my size, and the cashier was also kind enough to hold an item for me. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience!

Showed up on Sunday at 11:10AM, 10 minutes after the store's posted opening time of 11AM and the doors were locked. Multiple employees were inside standing around, but none had the professionalism to come speak to the growing crowd outside the doors to explain what was going on. After someone eventually got frustrated ans knocked on the glass door did an employee tell us their internet was down. Was this the end of thr world? No. But, for a "luxury" and very expensive fitness brand, you would expect much better treatment. I have to say that the comments in the various negative reviews from this stores prove that even senior management is oblivious (or simply doesn't care) of what is going on at this store.

What a disappointment being such an expensive brand and having terrible service, I ordered some clothes for a trip, immediately I started receiving emails saying that my order was delayed, UPS didn't even have a tracking number, after a week I called Customer Service where they left me waiting for 30 minutes as if people's time wasn't valuable, in the end I ended up canceling my order, now I just hope there are no delays with my refund like there were with my order.
