  So many employees at the store to just stares at you, I was trying on jacket on the floor the employees just staring making me feel uncomfortable they keep staring at evey moves you do I understand your job is to watch people but leave them alone if they need it or go to help to put them back on the hanger if you are customer service obsessed lol, he was next to me keep watching but didn't even help to put them back on hanger nothing just standing. the quality is awful you can see the fabric is piling already I don't know why they act like it's luxury store it's funny.

  First time purchasing for my wife from ALO and ALO Corporate had technical issues with our order. The NorthPark ALO team worked on our behalf with corporate customer service, who wasn’t helpful at all and the local team took care of the issue for us even though it wasn’t their issue. Phenomenal customer service and very grateful to them!

  I went in today to shop for my mother-in-law and spoke to at least 4 diff employees, all extremely nice, took the time to focus on me, and didn’t rush me even though the store was extremely busy. Would visit again :)

  Continually disappointed in the customer service at this location since it opened. I shop Alo a lot, particularly online, because while I love the brand and the clothes that I buy, but the customer service at NorthPark is a massive let down. It doesn’t matter which associate. All of them are rude, act like a question on item availability is a huge inconvenience to them, and answers from staff is met with condescension. I guess shame on me thinking they could change after 3-4 years…

  Recently I made a purchase at this alo . I was ordered a pullover due to it not being in stock at the store I paid cash and come to find out the ordered was canceled at 11 :00 pm at the store and it was “refunded “ I never received a refund I called customer service they weren’t able to help and the store was rude .. I know that money was kept by the girl that placed my order as how is the order canceled and refunded at 11 pm when the store was closed …. I need answers and my money back !!
