  I was disappointed visiting this Alo location. I noticed very little diversity among associates on the sales floor. Most of the associates of color I saw were directed to the stock room or the men’s department in the back, while the front of the store didn’t reflect the same representation. I also overheard a manager repeatedly telling a young man to stay in the men’s area, which felt discouraging. As a parent with kids of color, this stood out to me and made the store feel less inclusive. It’s hard to support a brand when the environment doesn’t reflect inclusivity. By comparison, the Fashion Square location does a much better job showing diversity and representation throughout the store

  Drove across town got to store at 8:45pm. It states everywhere it closes at 9pm but door were locked. Staff skipping out early on their shifts smh

  I was out having a shopping day, I glanced in alo and saw they got a new color collection. I was greeted and quickly helped by Corbin. I love that it felt like I was shopping with a friend and not a pushy sales person. He was super sweet and gave me suggestions on outfits and some additional pieces to go with some of the things I had at home already. It was so refreshing to be assisted by someone with real personality and wasn’t a robotic salesperson. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and making connections with new clients.

  I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this store was too frustrating to ignore. I had a simple question about a return and was met with unnecessary attitude from the manager, Mercedes. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in proving a point than assisting a customer. The rest of the staff looked uncomfortable, like this wasn’t the first time she acted like that. Honestly, it soured the whole shopping experience. I walked out and won’t be coming back. Plenty of other places to spend my money where customers are actually treated with respect. EDIT: I reposted as my review was removed

  The workers were so friendly and it’s a big store with a large selection. Special shoutout to Bella- she’s adorable!!
