My first going to this location and my experience was unpleasant. I didn’t get a hi from any staff near the front door no acknowledgment what so ever. My partner asked a staff member for an item she looked bothered and didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. She looked irritated. I get it it’s a weekend busy hours but not one single associate asked what bought us in store today. I wanted to make my first purchase at Alo and I felt disappointed. I wouldn’t come here at all again.

Such a poor service, guys! I was in the line which is absolutely not organized, there are no signs or directions, when I was the next and stepped to the cashier from the left, he sent me in the middle, where people started yelling at me and the cashier who saw me and gave this notes didn’t do anything and was looking at all these ladies yelling at me. So I made a purchase but I will not come back. PUT THE SIGNS!!!!

staff here ignores you like they don’t mean any business for the store. do they realise store sales help pay their salaries and sales depend on good customer service? they seem to be screening out customers who they wanna help on the basis of what criteria i don’t know. clearly shows poor judgement and lack of exposure.
