  I purchased an airbrush high- waist hearth throb legging two weeks ago, wore it 4-5 times and the quality is terrible! The material is full of fluffs, see the picture attached! Looks like the leggings is 5years old. Save the money and dont buy this product.. quality is low but the price is unnecessarily high..

  miserable people in this store. not even a simple hello or ty. i asked why they were being so rude because truly have never encountered such horrid retail service. the answer i got was, “not everyone in new york city smiles.” not oh what can we do to improve the experience etc. y’all must be torturing them in the back during training bc that is not how you respond to any customer in any industry. worst ego complexes i’ve ever seen in a retail store. chill you’re just athleisure.

  My first going to this location and my experience was unpleasant. I didn’t get a hi from any staff near the front door no acknowledgment what so ever. My partner asked a staff member for an item she looked bothered and didn’t seem like she wanted to help us. She looked irritated. I get it it’s a weekend busy hours but not one single associate asked what bought us in store today. I wanted to make my first purchase at Alo and I felt disappointed. I wouldn’t come here at all again.

  La boutique est belle et présente de beaux vêtements un peu cher pour des affaires de sports mais c'est à la mode grâce aux influenceurs et stars. L'accueil est mauvais les jeunes filles ne disent pas bonjour et personne ne vient nous voir. Elles nous regardent sans dire un mot comme si elles ne voulaient pas être la.
