  Unfortunately, my experience on the first floor was very unpleasant. The staff were rude and dismissive, which doesn’t reflect Alo Yoga’s reputation. Considering the prices, I expected better service. You didn’t really deserve even 2 stars, but I’ll give it in hopes of improvement.

  When I first walked into ALO, I felt a bit overlooked, but once I went upstairs, the staff there were super attentive and helpful. The cashier was also very friendly. It’s a little on the pricey side but everything is high quality and what I purchased was worth it. I have no Complaints accept them looking over certain people to help others.

  I came once for rooftop exercise class but for some reason it was in a room and not on a rooftop. I want to try the rooftop class but everytime I call to ask if it will actually be on an open air rooftop no one answers the phone....I just called again, no answer 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Store manager was incredibly rude and made me never want to shop Alo.
