Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in because their app indicates they had a certain product in stock at this store. Not only did they not have this in stock, the manager Mark (Marc?) Gomez told me not to trust their online inventory (which is itself an issue), and when I suggested they needed to fix this he told me “take it up with corporate” and walked away. For a company that asks for $200 for a pair of pants, they certainly don’t have the professional customer service needed to match this price point.

I came in today to return a piece of clothing and there was a black male salesperson with tattoos on his hands, he picked up the clothing and examined it, then picked it up again and smelled it and then said unfortunately it was a final sale, then suddenly burst out laughing and said I was joking, (which was not funny to me) he acted like he didn't want to accept my return, I will not be shopping at this store again!

Two guys helped me at Alo Santa Monica today and they were incredibly kind. One of them noticed my Alo shoes were a little dusty and offered a cleaner to freshen them up, which was so thoughtful. They also helped me fix a missing item from another store. I bought something today as well, and I wish I knew their names because they truly deserve recognition for their amazing service!
