  I came to the Fashion Square Alo today and purposely chose this location over Kierland. Even with a more limited selection at the moment, the experience was so much better. The team here is welcoming, diverse, and really makes the store feel inclusive and comfortable. The positive energy and representation make it worth the extra trip every time.

  Customer service at Alo was a joke. Staff acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of their life. I asked for assistance and got attitude instead of answers. Honestly, save your money for hiring people! It is better to have some Robots! At least, they look cuter.

  Wow first time at the store here in arizona, and it came with the worst customer experience. The sales staff is totally bogus and useless. Why stand there and occupy space in the store when you can't even do a basic hello and welcome. Part of the job is not just wearing the brand but also assisting customers but no one got the memo here. Do these people know what they are selling? My wife looked for sizes herself and clearly she was struggling to find her size. The salesperson nearby literally brushed her away as if the worker was putting out fires. Too busy chit chatting with other reps. Wonder what the manager is like? 2 thumbs down.

  I've been to other ALO locations that provide world class service and feel like a valued customer. Sadly, most of the staff at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location are young with little or no client relationship skills.

  i just got off the phone with curan and he was so nice and understanding and was able to resolve my issue I truly appreciate the help !!
