honestly if i could give no stars i would. if you need to buy alo buy it online but do not come to this store unless you want to be treated like garbage. i’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location before and many have been with the same employee. The new manager Jay is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. She is extremely dismissive and judgmental with everyone and just gives off mean girl vibes. I have never had a nice interaction with her and she has a sense of superiority which is insufferable. One of the few times i have been in the store I saw an employee quit on the spot and leave because she denied him a break, went on a power trip and yelled at him. She is blatantly rude, disrespectful, and sets a very negative energy in the store. I don’t understand why she was chosen as store manager, and I feel sorry for any of the employees who have to deal with her on a daily basis. Hopefully alo reads this and deals with this store managers dreadful attitude because I will not be returning to this location until then, and i recommend you don’t either unless you want to be treated unpleasantly

Where do I start? First of all I love Alo and have never had an issue until doing pick up order at south Congress location. So order was placed 9/12 and my game time shorts as you see in the email was ready on 9/12. Was not able to get them and then 9/18 since dreamscape tank came through 9/17 I was like ok I should be fine. Well I was not, somehow they gave me the tank but would not give my shorts to me even after showing confirmation number and my emails. Weird my shorts was ready first but 6 days later it's not? The girl at the front would not provide her first name and anytime you call customer support they ask who you spoke to. I didn't ask for her address or number but she wanted to argue legally she doesn't need to provide any info. And I said okay well you're stealing from me for an order I paid for and you're not giving it to me. Then her associate claimed they got a new pos system but would not help me for the info I would need to provide customer support. This location is not helpful and I showed everything on my end to pick up my order...will only go to domain location from now on.
