  Habe hier eine Bestellung abgeholt und der Bh hatte Flecken. Die Kollegen haben ihn dann rausreiben können, man sollte die Ware aber jedoch vorher kontrollieren bei den Preisen…

  Went to Alo today to find a gift for my mom and wanted to use the fitting room to compare sizes. The associate told me to wait, so I did for about five-ten minutes. Then this associate who was on the 2nd floor on Sat (blonde hair) let another customer(who is same color as her) in before me. I was surprised and decided not to buy anything. When I told her not to buy any, she said she thought my mom was coming too. But she knew it was a gift for my mom and realized I was pissed. Really poor experience. Alo should better educate their associates on how to treat customers respectfully 😂

  Not the most friendliest staff. I will never shop this location again. I wonder if they treat customers better then the employees

  Negozio bellissimo, il personale abbastanza gentile ma il cassiere abbastanza scostumato, sembra che siano infastiditi da la grande mole di turisti, invece di rispettarli……….e poi mia figlia ha comprato un leggings ed una felpa ed abbiamo pagato quasi 300$, penso che un buon outfit del genere in Italia lo si possa acquistare a metà prezzo,penso sia per la qualità e sia per il brand ……..
