  I don’t typically leave 5 star reviews but the staff here is my favorite. I end up having an issue with my shorts I purchased and they were on the phone with me for 15 minutes to solve the problem and find a store to replace it. The guy who helped me was great! Idk your name but thank you for helping me find those pink match shorts!

  The customer service was awful, the girls working today Sunday 8/10 around 1239/1pm at the front area of the store were nothing but rude and snotty. They just spent their time gossiping on the floor then when I asked for specific items I wanted to purchase, the girl was rude and didn’t even offer to help me find a size or anything else. I’m a big shopper but regardless of that the girls at this location need better training when it comes to customer service and being polite. Also their facial expressions of judgement is outrageous. I went in knowing what I wanted and still purchased my items but would much rather order online from now on. The only person who was kind and very respectful was the cashier, he was male and African American. In the 3 minutes he took to ring me up he was much more kind and polite than the two girls in the front of the store, which are the two girls I’m referring to.

  Honestly it’s just branded Bella + Canvas And the ‘color drop’ is so silly Go see colors available and what wholesaler has running and the palette is set. Down to the plastics wrap. Made in America skincare! Recycling ♻️ plastic free shipping Or the failed to launch $185 sneakers. They got big from an app- in 2020. Took over some LULu’s locations and going for the bankrupt banana republics in all the malls next. It is the same as target seat suits matching in colors each season as comfort and similar yoga styles as title 9s former design flops All use Bella + Canvas textile as the supplier a perk of being corporate here is the wholesaler account and extra deep Bella + Canvas discount.

  I’m so happy to finally have an alo store in Minnesota. The sales team was incredibly helpful and kind. Tiffany helped me with choosing what styles and colors look best on me. She never made me feel rush or ignored. I loved how knowledgeable she was about the company and products there. When you go to Alo ask for Tiffany!
