  Really disappointed with the customer service here. The store manager was super rude, and the whole experience left a bad impression. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

  Toki provided exceptional customer service. I really appreciated the time she took with me to pick out suitable apparel and her friendly disposition was evident with all of the customers I saw her interacting with while I was in the store. Thank you Toki -And thanks to Lauren today for helping me pick out apparel for my daughter

  My partner and I came on the 3rd of march to buy some clothes and ended up buying a pair of shoes each that were only tried on in store. The sales associate told us we could return them if they were uncomfortable after our trip in london. I did not wear them after leaving the store but on trying to return them as I kind of made an impulse decision they claimed the shoes were too dirty and would have to be discarded or wasted. I explained at the two different stores that I never wore them anywhere but inside the store and they would not accept a refund or exchange. They flagged the shoes and treated me like a liar and did not honour their promise of being able to return them if they were not comfortable (how can I judge their comfort if they are too dirty to return after one time in store?). Do not expect good customer service at this store.
