The Asian girl doesn’t make eye contact and doesn’t even know how to greet customers or assist them properly. When asked for help, she simply passes the request to her coworker, even though you specifically asked her to help you.

The clothes are pretty great. Service by the manager in this store is horrific. She needs to learn to be polite and live up to the brand. Being a condescending person is not part of the service industry. Being helpful and customer centric is. Surprised ALO is not on top of who are they are putting in charge of these stores. If this doesn’t change I don’t think we will see much from this brand.

Terrible customer service! My son went to buy a specific shirt for me , and nobody was interested in giving him attention on the specific product. No help no support! Please your staff needs to be more professional more training and more attention to their customers.

I walked into the store and straight to the check-out to buy a $500 gift card. The worker behind the counter just took payment and then gave me the gift card and didn’t even take a little time to explain the $500 amount has been activated into the card. Also she couldn’t care to put the card properly in the sleeve. When she handed me the gift card, I almost said thank you, then I realized I’m the patron here (I work in customer service so I’m used to saying thank you). She didn’t say anything and I left thinking is this the kind of service we get from a so called premium brand? It was pretty garbage service to be honest.

I had a disappointing experience at the Alo Yoga Yorkdale location. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and their attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I expected better service and more kindness, especially from a premium brand like Alo. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.
