  I frequently shop at this location with my 1.5 year old son, who loves to run around and play! Enjolie has been so kind and helpful with him and I whenever we come in. The fitting room staff are so lovely and understanding as well. I’ve always had a great shopping experience at this yorkdale Alo location. Thank you so much Enjolie and team for always making my experience so great! (And my son’s as well!) you guys are the best. Emanuela, Emina and Kiana were so helpful again with getting the larger change room for my son and I so his stroller would fit. They even got some paper and pen for my son to play with while we were waiting for the room! Always above and beyond. Thanks so much again ladies. See you soon!!!

  Andrea was amazing! I had some issues returning my ALO shoes, but she took the time to help me even though she was busy. Thanks to her, the return went smoothly. I actually loved the shoes, but I had to return them only because my friend gifted me the exact same pair. All of the staff were also very kind and helpful. Really appreciate the great service!

  I had the best experience here with the managers. I needed help finding my receipts for past purchases that wouldn’t show up in my account, and the two managers went out of their way to track them down. They were so patient and really did their best to help me out.

  I had an amazing experience at the yorkdale location on Saturday night! I went in to find a few new outfits for my everyday yoga and grabbed a few options I saw on the floor to try on. When I went to the fitting room I was greeted with the warmest smile from Cynthia hanging up clothing. She greeted me and found me a fitting room right away. After trying on my pieces I needed a second opinion and went out to ask her what she thought. She was honest and sweet, we picked a few pieces we loved and she said she had more for me to try on. After trying on many items and talking with her like old friends I left with 3 new perfect yoga sets! Cynthia went above and beyond for me and made this shopping experience a breeze! I will only be shopping at alo when Cynthia is there to help. I’ve been to this location many times and have never had an experience like this. Thank you again Cynthia.

  I don’t know if I got her name right but Cassie was so professional and helpful during my visit. She is the best shopping assistant I have ever seen.
