  My experience at Alo Alexandra & Tyson store was nothing but amazing. I bought a whole outfit and the runner sneakers. Everything fits prefect. I can’t wait to look simply amazing on my Birthday 🎁 11/8 Thank you so much ALO

  Such an awful experience, hasn't been a month since it's been open. I literally went for a Jacket, The experience was so bad. The Sales Associates act like they hate you if you need help. I left and bought one from Lululemon just two blocks down. I will never go back to this location. Georgetown is a great experience as well as Tysons! Avoid this location if you can.. I did want to mention the lady who's name started with an M working in the fitting room was so pleasant and i really appreciate her kindness and help!

  The worst experience at any alo store. Usually when stores first open the customer service is great. None of the 5 sales associates offered any help. It was clear that no one wanted to be there. We just left. My advice is order online or go to the store in Tyson’s where the SAs are actually nice and helpful.
