I have been to this store since the grand opening. At first, the experience I had with Destinee and her management staff at the grand opening was amazing. However, I noticed over time that the original management staff that was there for the first 5-6 months are no longer there. Once I noticed, that management staff was gone, I noticed the staff I saw the first 6-7 months shopping there also vanished. I saw the customer service go down and when I spoke to their new manager, Jonathan, about a return, he was dismissive and I heard one of the girls talking bad about my outfit to Jonathan while he was laughing. I felt as if Jonathan was very condescending and was trying to undermine the customers. This current staff is not giving the culture and energy I have received at other ALO stores. This makes me no longer want to shop at ALO even though I have been a loyal customer for multiple years as the management here has been nothing, but judgmental. I was happy to shop at ALO due to staff being amazing in the past, but this location and the new management staff has ruined my experience for me. I have transitioned to Lululemon as their service and management has been nothing, but stellar. I hope that the staff does do a shift at this location as I have been met with nothing, but judgement and disappointment by the management staff they have currently. I do not want to feel like I am walking into an unsafe environment.

vibes were definitely off. as a person of color, i didn’t feel welcome in this space. noticed that all the girls were looking at us and talking amongst themselves in their earpieces.

While I’ve had a lot of difficulty getting a hold of customer service online - multiple times, James & Johnathan at Washington Square gave me excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Unfortunately it’s difficult to order online, however always receive great customer service in store. Thanks guys!
I was harassed in this store with my children. I came to shop!!! instead I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. I later called the store to speak with a manager to better understand if this behavior from there staff was acceptable. In return the store manager was very dismissive and unsympathetic. He wouldnt even hear my complaint. I will be calling corporate to further escalate this.

The vibes in there are horrible. Customer service was nonexistent. You’re better off just ordering online.
