  I saw some of the other reviews but my experience was the total opposite. The team here is super friendly and helpful. They had sizes all the way up through 2XL, lots of unisex styles (love that my boyfriend and I can both wear them), and the return policy is clearly posted. When I forgot my receipt, they still looked me up by email, phone, and even in their system to find the exact purchase — above and beyond service. Clothes are insanely soft and cozy. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

  Girl told me I needed just my card next time to do a return. Brought it with me and drove an hour away to the store for them to tell me they also need the receipt. Gave the girl last time my number yet it’s not in the system. How is that my fault? Will be calling customer service.
