Buyer Beware!!!! Purchased a sub standard yoga mat, tried to return it that next week, they refused to take it back and said I had to call customer service.

I’ve had this item for less than six months, and the Alo label is already peeling off. I started shopping at Alo expecting higher quality given the price point, but I’ve never had this issue with Lululemon or Vuori. To make matters worse, Alo only offers replacements within 30 days—so beyond that, you’re out of luck. Very disappointed with both the quality and the customer service, especially at the SouthPark location. If you want activewear that lasts, I recommend going to Lululemon or Vuori instead.

I have had now two horrible interactions here. First, the staff refused to honor a coupon I received for a 15% off my first purchase because they were “unable to get the code to work.” Second, I received some leggings as a gift for my birthday and wanted to exchange them for a size larger. The staff were “unable” to assist me, as my family members phone number did not list the transaction under their account. The leggings were unworn, still had the tag, and were still on display with multiple sizes in stock. The staff could not be bothered, insisting I take it up with customer support. The branding and pricing would suggest Alo thinks of themselves as a premium brand. However, their mid quality and incompetent service would strongly suggest otherwise. If you’re dying to waste your money on trendy fitness wear — save yourself the headache and go to LuLu instead.

Blond female grumpy staff at Southpark store, who thinks shes in charge at this store is incredibly rude. I am literally trying to help my daughter try on clothes and the super rude girl screamed at me to come out of the fitting room. Im paying for all the crap. Super duper crappy, no offer to help, no professionalism just trashy crappy attitude; like i am planning to steal. Only the nice guy working the checkout treated us remotely kindly . Don't shop here.
