Approximately two months ago, I purchased a pair of ALO Recovery Mode Sneakers (Men’s size 10.5, white) at your Mississauga, Ontario store. I chose them based on their design and your brand’s reputation for quality, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
Eight days ago, I washed the shoes for the first time, using a delicate cycle and without a dryer. To my surprise, the sneakers shrank significantly and no longer fit me. They were not subjected to misuse or extreme conditions, so I find it unacceptable that such high-end footwear would be damaged after just one wash.
I no longer have the purchase receipt, but I hope this will not prevent you from reviewing my case and offering a fair solution.
I kindly ask for clear answers to the following questions:
Is it normal for your sneakers to shrink after a single wash without a dryer?
What kind of quality control do you apply to your products?
What type of warranty do you offer in cases like this, where there’s clearly a material or manufacturing issue?
Do you have any return or replacement policy for products that show such poor durability?
