Terrible experience. Staff were clearly stressed, overworked, and underpaid, not their fault, but the company’s. Alo needs to rethink how it treats employees, or the customer experience will keep suffering.

This girl has a serious attitude problem. Simply asked her to find help me find a size for a hoodie and she ignored me and kept folding. Under her breath I heard her call me annoying. Not sure what triggered this reaction but it ruined my shopping experience. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We visited today and were greeted and helped my Mya (apologies if the spelling isn't correct!). She walked me through colours, sizes and styles of leggings and hyped me up in the change room to choose something I felt great in. The space was clean, the staff were all lovely, but Mya was a standout!

Visited Toronto as a tourist this past weekend. My daughter's outfit had gotten snagged on something at casa loma and needed to be replaced. We walked much of this distance in the hot midday sun. Note: As I near Senior Citizen age, I am definately not in shape for something so strenuous to me. When we arrived, sweat was pouring off me. My watch indicated my heart was racing and i couldn't slow my breathing. I sat down at the first seat I saw by the shoes, obviously in medical distress. Within minutes I was asked to move by an employee being completely indifferent towads my situation. I stood just outside their store for some time while my daughter chose her purchases. I went back in to pay (yeah, i'm sure they were glad to have me there for that!), then we left. The outfit my daughter chose was very nice, but other reviews say clothes from here do not last long before pilling and wearing thin, etc. My daughter assures me this is an issue with proper care and not an issue with the clothes. i can't speak to who's right or wrong, only time will tell. Note: it behooves me to state that this review is more about one employee than the business as a whole.
