Popped in for the first time and will never return. I was greeted upon entering by a young lady that appeared to have her sports bra on backwards. I felt confused and embarrassed for her especially if this type of display is required for her job? Thankful for Athleta right across the path.

Yesterday I planned on buying multiple things in your store. I was racially profiled. I had multiple people following me during my shopping experience and as I was on my way to try on my items. They were talking on the walkies and had multiple people trying to help me when I never asked for help. As I went to look for more things I had two workers come around me from each direction as if I was going to steal. I don’t live here and I shop at many different Alo locations. This was my worst experience. People should not be profiled as stealing because of the color of the skin. I probably have more money in my bank acct than most of the employees that work there.

This place is horrible was us judging by the time we walked nobody greeted us but yet was greeted with a working following us told another worker to watch us as we looked around made me so uncomfortable didn’t even want to shop anymore

I visited Alo for the second time, and my experience was much better than my first. During my initial visit, the service was just okay, as no one really engaged with me. However, this time I was warmly greeted at the entrance and directed to the back section, where I was assisted right away.
The associate who helped me was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding. She made thoughtful recommendations based on what I would feel comfortable in, which I truly appreciated. The dressing room experience was also excellent—they brought me different sizes promptly and even paired shoes to complete the look.
Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail during this visit. It made shopping at Alo an enjoyable and personalized experience.
