I had the best experience with this location and Paige over the phone. I called this location because the number for my local Alo, on Congress Ave, was disconnected.
Paige was able to correctly find an item in stock at the Congress location and have it set aside for me, even though I went to the Congress location the evening before and was told it was not in the back (I think it was in a return pile and that’s why they couldn’t find it).
I am so grateful that Paige worked her magic and went above and beyond to help me even though I was not purchasing from her location. I will make a concentrated effort to stop by the Domain location more often when I make my Alo purchases. 10/10.

Rude customer service. The light skin girl with black coily hair at the cash register was not very welcoming. She was rude to my friends and I when paying, no smile and had a stank attitude. I understand if she was having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers :/ They need people that are inviting and nice like the other stores around them. Really disappointed & I know other customers agreed too cause it was brought up to me even leaving the store.

Bad quality, terrible customer service. I bought a leggings pants from there last week and only wore it once. The edges of the dress came apart. I went there to exchange it or return it, but they were not responsive at all and said that the condition had to be such that they could sell it again in the store and they did not accept the poor quality of the dress and did not treat me properly.
Yesterday I went to return the leggings, but they didn't take them back due to bad treatment. After washing them once and wearing them three times, the quality of these leggings was unbelievable and they lost their quality. The seller treated me badly and told me that I had worn them too much. I said,
"Shouldn't I have worn them?" And I have thirty days to return them after I bought them, but they didn't do that, and I was very upset with the seller. F alo store in the Domain.

Horrible customer service and the employees are liars. They said my package would be here in two days and I told them it was time time sensitive and it still hasn’t came even after the two days that they said it would come in and they can’t find my order and the phone number online isn’t working. Don’t buy from here!!
