  I think this store has a safety or customer service issue. When I walked in, a tall 20-something employee was standing in the walkway. He exuded an attitude like he was guarding the store. I had to stop and wait while he stood in the walkway while another customer was looking at a shirt on a table. He made no attempt to be out of the way or politely move. I saw a mall police officer near the counter, so I asked a salesgirl if something was going on and if it was safe in the store. I mentioned the other employee seemed intense. She said a lot of thefts happen there. I've never seen thefts in Kenwood Mall stores and I would not like to be around stores with an issue.

  I was at alo today, Brooklyn waited on me super nice and friendly very patient. My card would not work. She took the time didn’t get angry at all. After my sale, I went back, looked at lot of things she helped me out with the dress. Amazing Customer Service thank you Brooklyn

  I’ve purchased over 700 dollars of items with Alo, cute clothes but not the best quality for the price you pay. I ordered a black sweat suit it started pilling between the legs after washing, which affects the appearance and quality. I emailed Alo 3 times, sent pictures and never got a response! I will never purchase from there again.
