  Customer service is terrible here. Most of the female employees here give off high school mean girl vibes. I asked several people for a different size in a shirt and no one got back to me whether it was in stock or not after telling me they were going to check in the back. Not only that but they were quick to help other customers in the fitting room who came in after me asking for different sizes but left me waiting for 20 minutes for nothing. You’re better off just ordering alo online than coming here. Go to lululemon instead if you happen to stop by the mall.

  love the brand but the staff in the west farms mall do not listen. They have no customer service skills.

  After giving someone a present they went to return for something else and the wanna be high end store said no exchanges after 30 days. I would never spend another dollar with them. Long live Lulu!!! They take care of their customers.

  I wasn’t impressed with the employees , they were so unfriendly .When I first walked in, all they did that gave me the unwelcome looked. No saying hello or nothing. I like their clothes but not the services. Hope the manager of the store read it and do somethings about this gesture . I gave this 1 star because of this bad customer services. It’s sad that makes me want to do online shopping so I don’t have to deal with this.

  I went to your store Monday afternoon to buy some items for my daughter. Your associate, Sydney, was wonderful. I was very afraid I would accidentally buy the wrong things so I showed her the links my daughter had sent me. Sydney and the other associates found all the items right away. Everyone was so courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I was so impressed. Every single one of these young women deserves a raise. I will be coming back to your store often.
