  I’ve been to this store several times. Every time I approach the staff, they are always polite and say “Sure, I’ll check for you,” but nothing ever comes of it. Honestly, I’m not exaggerating — at least three to five times I’ve asked different people whether a certain item is available in size S. They smile and say they’ll look into it, but then never follow up, and even when they see me again, they act like nothing happened. As for the fitting rooms — when I went around 7–8 PM, there was no staff around at all. I honestly felt confused, wondering if I was even allowed to walk in by myself. At Lululemon, no matter what time you go, there’s always someone around to assist. To be fair, the clothes are stylish, but at this price point I really expect a much higher level of service.
