I got an item as a present, it was one size too big, so I simply wanted to exchange it with a smaller one. The staff did not allow me to do that even though it wasn’t worn, tags were still on, and I had the email receipt. Terrible customer service. They were not helpful and not willing to listen.
I’ve visited this store twice so far, and both times I was completely ignored by the staff, even when I asked them simple questions. The customer service was extremely poor, and there was no respect shown toward customers at all. Even when I asked the store manager to call one of the sales associates to assist me, she also responded with complete indifference. Honestly, I wouldn’t expect such a low level of customer service from a brand of this reputation.
No colours other than black, white, gray and navy. It was super messy! Material also feels cheap for the price. Better go to Aritzia or Lululemon.

Store experience extremely lacking in comparison to all the other Alo stores I have visited. Inattentive and distracted staff.
We went to the store yesterday, and there was a staff member and cashier who looked unfriendly. When we asked them about inventory or had questions, they were very impatient and unfriendly. I finally chose to place an order on the website. This is completely different from the attitude when it first opened.
