  Horrible customer service and honestly not very impressed with the quality. $140 pants are kinda cheap, socks fall apart and haven’t received a hat I ordered 3 weeks ago. Pretty sure I’m sticking with vuori, lulu and all other nord brands. Poor customer service equals horrible company.

  Very disappointed with the service. The staff made a mistake with my receipt and refunded the wrong card, but instead of resolving it, they pushed all the responsibility onto me. They didn’t check carefully, were unhelpful, and even had an unfriendly attitude. This was clearly the staff’s error, yet the customer was the one who had to deal with the problem.

  I didn’t catch his name but the guy working the evening shift on Saturday 6/28 was amazing and so kind! I love to stop here when we are in Salt lake!
