  Unfortunate that this location is ran so poorly. Associates and managers alike are all dismissive and more concerned with their phones and weekend plans than helping guests. Blonde with extensions was less than helpful and just passed guests off to other employees and continued her inappropriate conversations. The worst part is she claims to be the manager. Should maybe focus more on HR training than Instagram and taking selfies. I witnessed multiple people go without being helped, so must be a store wide policy to provide poor customer service.

  I had the worst retail experience ever at this store. The petite black associate needs to be fired. I asked her for a diff hat because the one that i found had makeup stains. She first reluctantly finds a replacement but it had more makeup stains. I asked her to see if she can find another one. She grunts and proceeds to look for other options in a plastic bin (im assuming this has piles of items that cant be sold). She finds one and brings me a hat, which isnt even the right size. Once i pointed this out, she smirks; stomps to go get the plastic bin and brings it towards me and flat out throws the bin on the counter. Everyone near us saw this. I just didnt even think she was worthy enough for me to make a scene so i just left. How do they end up hiring people with this kind of temper and lack of customer service here?

  I was in the store the other day browsing, and nothing against the employees, but the way I heard the manager responding to her sales associates was disgusting and disrespectful. I go to ask her a question and she hands me off to someone who was already doing something, I felt like I was interfering.
