  The management style of Store Manager Bruchè is highly unsatisfactory. Her negative attitude and inadequate customer service are concerning. It is surprising that she holds the position of store manager given her demeanor. Had I not encountered another male manager who was on the floor, my experience would have been significantly less positive. His assistance made my visit more pleasant after I had interacted with Bruchè. I departed with the necessary items and additional purchases, all thanks to his exceptional help. I did find a photo for a previous negative review this lady received.

  ****BEAWARE- CHANEL IS EXTREMELY RUDE & DISREPECTFUL!!!! I went in to Lenox store purchase an outfit for my Puerto Rico trip and went looking for Craig who previously assisted me the week before for my Belize trip. I walked in and he was in the front smiling and inviting. Craig went to get the items I requested and left my items at the front for me to pay. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of having Chanel ring me up. I asked about the black Friday promos that Craig mentioned and she got nasty and irritated.The manager observed her behavior and came over to intervene. Please do not ever let Chanel assist you in any manner. She is nasty and extremely unprofessional and was disrespectful to me. Alo's clothes cost way too much for one of their staff members to treat the Customers who pay their paychecks like trash!
