  Staff was so sweet, Maddy was a dream. They don’t sell not ONE xl in that whole store which is very sad cause I was about to drop Some Money.

  I am a very loyal Alo customer - and this store has just about turned me to move my business to Vuori. Today they finally did it. I went online and it said that the new drop was available in store at this location. Given I have too many Alo that is so similar in colour - I wanted to check the latest red colour ‘in real life’ before purchasing. It said it was available in store on the website - so I drove 30 minutes to check it out. When I arrived the salesperson said - we have it out the back but can’t sell it until tomorrow. Even though it said online that it was already in store. Ok. So I kindly asked if she would just show me a piece so I could personally see the colour and could then buy online. She refused. I can not believe she would not even show it to me. It was already online. I was not asking her to sell it. Just show it. What an absolute joke. Alo - look at the reviews for this store. You need to train your team as you’ve now lost a customer who has spent considerable money there annually for 10 years now.

  I had a disappointing experience with the manager at the Alo store in The Forum Carlsbad. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during our interaction, and her attitude left me feeling disrespected. It’s shocking that Alo would have someone like this in a managerial role. I expected much better customer service from this brand!!

  I had an OK experience, except for the fact that when I walked in I was welcomed by an employee in the very front of the store on her phone. Took her a while to even acknowledge me after I walked in… It was an older employee, but all the younger girls were super helpful and helped me find great gifts and even convinced me to grab some stuff for myself during my visit!
