  Shopped at Alo for the first time. I’m a really big fan of leisure wear because it really fits with my lifestyle. Bianca was really helpful and helped me find the right clothes that suited my needs and likes. I will be back!

  I absolutely love this store everyone was so nice and helpful. The second I walked in every employee noticed me and one person that stood out was Nicole. Everything i needed she gave me. Especially when I was in the dressing room and needed a bigger size she would check up on me. Whoever hired her did an amazing job and she needs a raise.

  Avoid These Shoes - They Literally Fall Apart I bought these Alo Recovery Shoes expecting decent quality for the price point. After just 4 months of normal wear, the entire sole separated from the shoe - not gradual wear, but complete structural failure where the sole literally fell off. When I contacted Alo about this obvious manufacturing defect, they refused to stand behind their product or offer any resolution. Apparently "recovery shoes" don't include recovery from their own shoddy construction. For a brand that markets itself as premium activewear, this level of quality control is embarrassing. The fact that they won't honor what's clearly a defective product makes it even worse. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell. Bottom line: Poor construction, worse customer service. There are plenty of better options out there that won't leave you barefoot after a few months.

  I bought several items for my wife from this store. The clerk never mentioned that personal items were final sale, and I even asked for a gift receipt—which included the personal items! Two weeks later, my wife tried to exchange a few things, only to be told they were final sale and couldn’t be returned. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. I expected better communication and transparency.
